Tax Preparation

For over 20 years, we have been preparing income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations. Although preparing returns for this length of time has provided us with a solid level of experience, what sets us apart is our approach and consistent improvement of our process. Like any other business, consistently changing to meet the changing needs of clients or customers is imperative. For those clients who choose to take full advantage of the internet and email, we have adopted a secure file exchange on our website and an electronic tax organizer that allows us to electronically gather the documents and information needed to prepare and file their returns without an in-person meeting. In recent years, some firms have been outsourcing some of their returns for preparation; we do not outsource any of our clients' tax returns.  

Tax Planning and Research

Our goal is to provide every client with an understanding as to how their financial decisions outside of "tax season" impacts their current and future tax liabilities. We are available year-round and also provide periodic newsletters. Providing our clients with new and changing tax developments provides them with an opportunity to engage in continuous tax planning.

Through years of experience, we have developed the expertise to effectively deal with various taxing agencies. Whether you are responding to an audit, or attempting to negotiate the settlement of an existing liability (offer in compromise), we can identify your options and act as a consultant or fully represent you in dealing with the applicable taxing agency.
